SmallRig Megatron Edition Mobile Dual Handheld Kit for iPhone 17 Pro Max 5584 is a professional dual handheld shooting solution designed specifically for iPhone 17 Pro Max, facilitating professional-level video recording, live streaming, and short film production. This comprehensive kit includes a phone case, video cage, rotatable wireless control side handle, rotatable side handle, TPU soft bumper and 2 pieces of backplane for external lens.
In addition to providing daily protection for the phone, the case comes standard with a T-mount backplate and a 17mm threaded lens backplate for external lens mounting. The T-mount backplate can be replaced with a 67mm magnetic filter adapter (sold separately) for enhanced optical output.
The phone can be mounted into the cage with its case on. The cage features multiple 1/4"-20 anti-twist threaded holes and cold shoe mounts to expand with accessories like handles, tripods, microphones, and lights. Classic quick release interfaces allow for efficient handheld or tripod setups.
Side-mounted strap holes are compatible with professional wrist and shoulder straps under 2mm in diameter, keeping your hands free between shots. The hollowed-out design maintains access to all iPhone buttons, ports, radar system, ultra-wide lens, and wireless charging.
The quick lock mechanism allows convenient, secure phone mounting / dismounting and prevents accidental unlocking and phone ejection. The all-metal construction provides comprehensive protection, shock absorption, and scratch resistance. For underwater shooting or high-performance cooling scenarios, the phone can be used without the case by mounting it directly into the cage alongside the TPU soft bumper. When more extreme storage space is needed during travel, the cage can be disassembled to achieve a smaller storage size.
The handles attach to the cage via HawkLock H11 quick release mechanism, enabling one-second assembly / disassembly. The stepless rotating handles allow a comfortable grip and smooth operation at any angle.
The detachable wireless remote supports one-touch shooting from distances of up to 10m / 32.8ft.
Note: Avoid using third-party phone cases with this product, as incompatible cases may damage your phone.
