Home delivery service is available for all items across Qatar.
We strive to deliver your purchases within 24 hours from placing your order.
An accurate address should be given in order to deliver your purchases. Providing correct information is the sole responsibility of the customer. Lenz Camera has the right to cancel the order or charge additional fees if the information provided is incorrect.
Our customer service team will contact you to inform you about the delivery schedule, charges if applicable, and the expected date and time of delivery.
Some products may not be available for shop pickup. In delivery mode, you can choose shop pickup if your cart is eligible for shop pickup. Thank you.
